In a world where war innocents harm
be of tender heart
be compassion’s resilient voice
be care’s comforting touch
With Light chosen
peace blooms

When sun settles
& Sister Moon awakens
light illumines places shadowed
where fears may tread
Her beacon hearkens us
upon paths true
& journey sure

Not an exercise of fancy

Imagination is the thread that
invites us to co-create
the reality for which we long

To embrace knowledge’s path
learning’s ever-present invitation
reveals treasures yours alone
untouchable by others
& Wisdom longing to be shared

Voice internal & external
may limitations siren sing
Yet the spark we each bear
sees not boundaries
but imagination’s invitation
to ever innovate

Inspired by dismissing limitations imposed …

Stones water dressed
& each step friction fraught
is learning balance kept
& others times not
With each foot’s passage
justice’s ascension leads
