To feast
is to dine solemnly
reverently & rarely
To feast is an act
collective
so to recognise abundance
in life’s unfolding
with gratitude

Future to be

to shape what we shall see

that strength demonstrates

that describes who we might be
It’s choice of what to do
with strength that defines

Limits & challenges intertwine
sometimes awakening inviting
or apathy encouraging
In limits recognised
challenge your bounds
so summit meet

Life’s meaning
its defining moments
milestone reached
goals attained
arise in those moments when challenge
insurmountable seems
overcome is

Upon waters heaving
waves cascading
current riptide bound
breakers surging
