or atoms’ splitting
power relative
clearly apparent becomes
when the import of
of our consciousness
awareness dawns

thrums
drums

melody threading
was

will be

turn not away from fear
rather turn into anxiety
concern
caution
Pivot
dance
harness
& so discover wisdom waiting

Inspired by the grace of the gentle way …

ego & Essence
coils mortal dance
Who we imagine we r
& who Creator knows us to be
reflect imperfectly the former
as we strive to the latter

Inspired by the ever-present journey to release ego’s grip …

Who we’re meant to be
finds reflection
when we care
& when others care we accept
In the midst of joy and tears
we spy the Essence we are

Inspired by discovering who we are in the moments we care …

Be not lulled
by fear
to dreams acquiesce
In imagining
what might be
we sow seeds
to sprout possibility
as yet undreamed
for those yet born

Certainty & Fear
companions accompanying
through trials trying
celebrations cheering
in their interplay
experience emerging
sages surfacing

to recognise

Fists anger clench

release

Inspired by breathing in anger & exhaling peace …

Pause
listen
deep breath drawn
gift of life enters
deep breath exhaled
gift of life shared
In our living act
we intimately bless
one another

Inspired by realising that each breath is blessing received …

Falling tears
tell tales
of
joyful celebration
lament disaster
& gravity traces
grace’s woe & wonder
we who witness
compassion companions be
