Difficult days arise & can affect the next day & each that follows. May all who confront a toilsome spiral embrace a path rooted in life

In moments of celebrations, tears of loss arise. In times of mourning, joy manifests. In the eddies of living, life’s emotions companion

Truth & Light fractured in a world haves & have nots. On this 140 character graffiti wall begin to weave back that which longs to be woven

Those who lead, inspire. Those who are leaders, direct. Those who follow, learn. Those who are followers, acquiesce. Who do u aspire to be?

From where do u derive inspiration? By what r u motivated? The Muse that is You deserves to be nurtured, embraced & celebrated. Shine on!

On this day, in the places in which u have walked, the people whom u have met, what learning has occurred as a gift & which u might share?

Silence hangs beckoning u to listen. Voices speak distracting from what I need to hear. What’s your question & are u listening for a reply?

In our mortal coil tensions abound & distractions tempt. The Who we r struggles with the Who we long to know. Each day is a choice: begin ->

Words are not simply letter bound. The lift of brow or sigh of breath convey meaning. Be bold, speak truth, misbehave beautifully!

Fear couched in Love rationalises oppression. May all who endure persecution know solace & May all who have voice speak!

Embracing vulnerability emboldens courage, sharing what we would obscure prepares us to awaken. May all who long 4 connexion find community

Faith grounded in wonder creates a lens of appreciation in which the insights of science offer further humbling within Living Mystery

The stories we tell now become the narratives for those who follow. When you tell your tale, who’s the hero & how is the Stranger treated?

Winds blow into lives structured & heads are bowed to buffer the gale. Change arrives prepared or unprepared & as clouds part, we walk on

When tears fall & souls weep. When grief strikes & questions abound. May we (who r able) respond with care & may those who need be embraced

Into life we walk seeking the symmetry of choreography. In tune with Self we long to dance in Harmony with others. May we fully awaken

The Slumbering Time draws to the season’s end & apple blossom scented wafting air beckons us out into the dawn’s embrace. May you shine!
